This game uses an external device to measure the pulse rate of the player.  The average BPM is gathered while the player is in the main menu and deviation above this average will trigger a new state in the Fear Manager.  This will drive the content of the game trying to increasing the fear, the more scared the player becomes.

The aim of the game, is to try and remain calm while progressing through the level.
